Clearwater County
Clayne Tyler
Serving the Citizens of Clearwater County Since 2006
My wife and I have raised five children, all of whom graduated from Orofino High School. Clearwater County is our home, and I am proud to serve her residents in this capacity.
I have been a member and past president of the Idaho Prosecuting Attorney’s association, a member of the board of directors of the Idaho Association of Counties, a governor’s appointee to the Idaho Supreme Court Steering Committee for Specialty Courts, a current member of the State Hospital North steering committee, a member and past president of the Orofino Rotary Club, and a tenor in the Orofino Community Choir.
I chose to become a prosecuting attorney because of the unique opportunity this career provides me to serve my community and use my skills to enhance the safety and security of Clearwater County. I left private practice in 2006 to focus on this goal. I felt then, as now, that I have found a way to make a positive difference in the lives of Clearwater County’s citizens. I feel strongly about involvement in the community, and in my profession.
