Announcement:
Duties will be equally divided between civil and criminal work. Criminal work primarily misdemeanors and infractions. Civil work includes ad valorem taxation, planning and zoning, contract review and writing, guardianships for the board of community guardians, and real property issues. Other duties may include attendance at public meetings and hearings.
Payette County offers medical, dental, vision, PERSI, and a 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Idaho
- Must pass a background check
