Lemhi County Prosecutor’s Office – Deputy Prosecuting Attorney – Criminal and Civil

This position is a deputy prosecuting attorney position for the county of Lemhi, state of Idaho. The selected attorney will share in a diverse caseload to expose them to a wide range of prosecution practice, both criminal and civil, but will have input on which types of cases they desire to primarily handle. The selected attorney will work closely with local law enforcement and community advocacy agencies, as well as in multi-disciplinary teams when assigned. The selected attorney will be given great latitude in managing their own caseload and determining case outcomes. Provided training will focus on implementing best practices to improve prosecution outcomes such as evidence-based case building, working with advocates and furthering coordinated agency responses within the community.
