Jefferson County Prosecutor’s Office – Chief Deputy Prosecutor

This position shares responsibility for the criminal division with one other Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. The position offers considerable independence, a reasonable and varied caseload, along with some managerial responsibilities in a collegial office. Jefferson County offers highly-qualified candidates a generous salary ($84,600 – $91,000+, DOE) and benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, health savings account, PERSI retirement, and more. Applicant must possess a JD from an accredited law school, be licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho, in good standing with the Idaho State Bar, and have at least five years of experience in a prosecutor role or equivalent experience.
