Announcement:
The successful applicant will be assigned to the Attorney General’s Insurance Fraud Section of the Special Prosecutions Unit, which handles cases dealing with insurance fraud. Duties of this position include handling all aspects of insurance fraud criminal cases, from screening and charging through trial and sentencing; consulting with investigators on an as-needed basis; providing training to investigators and local insurance professionals; and appearing in courtrooms throughout Idaho.
Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be licensed to practice law in Idaho. Prosecutorial experience, including felony jury trial experience, is required. Periodic travel throughout Idaho is required. Enthusiasm for public service is essential.
