Announcement:
The Bonneville County Prosecutor in Idaho Falls is accepting applications for a Deputy Prosecutor. This individual will perform the following duties: screen cases for filing; manage personal case load assignments in juvenile, misdemeanor, and/or felony court; prepare and try criminal actions; negotiate case resolutions; participate in court hearings; prepare for court by performing legal research, drafting briefs, gathering and analyzing evidence; and other duties, as needed.

Qualifications:
A preferred candidate should have a J.D. and be admitted to the Idaho State Bar.
