The Boise County Prosecuting Attorney’s elected position is now vacant. Pursuant to Idaho Code 59-907, the Board of County Commissioners are seeking letters of interest for filling a temporary vacancy for the term expiring on January 13, 2025.
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
Interested candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of Idaho, and submit (1) a letter of interest, detailing applicable criminal and civil experience; (2) a resume; and (3) a minimum of three professional references
