Primary Function:
The principal function is to perform professional legal and administrative work involving criminal prosecutions, including misdemeanors, felonies and infractions. Work is performed under the general supervision of the County Prosecuting Attorney and indirect supervision of a Chief Deputy Prosecutor.
Qualifications:
Acceptable Experience/Training
- Graduation from a school of law with accredited JD Degree
- License to practice law in the State of Idaho;
- Third year students preparing for the Idaho Bar can apply.
